This article explains how to use Link AI translation to translate your documents within deals.
Link AI translation
Link AI translation enables you to translate documents and selected text directly within deals. You do not need to send files to external tools.
Translation is enabled by default. Administrators manage access for user groups using Link AI option under deal Settings.
There are two ways to translate:
- Translate and Save converts full documents and saves the translated output as a new PDF in the deal room. The original file remains unchanged. You can use this when you need a translated document for review or sharing.
- Inline Translation translates selected text passages directly in the document viewer. No file is saved. You can use this when you need to understand a specific document section during live review.
Deal administrators, third party and sellers have access to both Translate and Save and Inline Translation by default. Buyers have access to Inline Translation only.
