Managing Link AI translation settings | DealCentre AI

This article explains how to turn Link AI translation on or off and manage the watermark settings.

How to access Link AI translation

1. Click the DealCentre AI icon in the upper left corner of the screen to display the deals list.
2. Select the deal you want.
3. Click the Settings icon on the left side of the screen.
4. Select Link AI.
5. Scroll to Link AI Translation. 

How to turn Link AI translation on or off

Link AI Translation is turned on by default.

1. Click the DealCentre AI icon in the upper left corner of the screen to display the deals list.
2. Select the deal you want.
3. Click the Settings icon on the left side of the screen.
4. Select Link AI.
5. Scroll to Link AI Translation.
6. Select the toggle next to Link AI Translation.
   • When off, the toggle is grey and the translation features are hidden for deal administrators, sellers and third party users in the deal.
   • When on, the toggle is blue and translation features are available to deal administrators, sellers and third party users.

Note: When you turn off Link AI Translation, the following are hidden for all deal administrators, sellers and third party users - document translation entry points, the Language column, the Translated column, and the Translated Documents quick filter.

How to turn translation watermark on or off 

The translation watermark is on by default and appears on all translated output.

1. Click the DealCentre AI icon in the upper left corner of the screen to display the deals list.
2. Select the deal you want.
3. Click the Settings icon on the left side of the screen.
4. Select Link AI.
5. Scroll to Link AI Translation.
6. Check or clear the Apply Translation watermark
   • When checked, the watermark appears on translated output.
   • When cleared, the watermark is removed.

Note: This setting is default for all translations in the deal room. You can change it for individual translations in the translation modal.

How to control inline translation for buyer groups

1. Click the DealCentre AI icon in the upper left corner of the screen to display the deals list.
2. Select the deal you want.
3. Click the Settings icon on the left side of the screen.
4. Select Link AI.
5. Scroll to Link AI Translation.
6. Select the Buyers tab.
7. Turn Inline Translation on or off for individual buyer group or all buyer groups.

Note: When you turn off Inline Translation for a buyer group, the translation option is hidden in the viewer for these users. Additionally, the deal level Link AI status shows a tooltip.
