New users must activate their accounts with Intralinks before accessing VIA Pro. Click within the VIA Pro application or in the support center to access resources.

Workspace Roles
A workspace role gives you a level of access inside one workspace. Select your role to view relevant tutorials and resources.
Create a workspace
Only a provisioned user can create a new workspace within a business group. A user cannot be provisioned in more than one business group. However, they can be invited to access workspaces in other business groups as viewers, editors, or owners. Click here to learn more about user types.
Business Group Coordinator
Business Group Coordinators (BGCs) have administration privileges in VIA pro and can manage user access, workspaces, and configure policies for a business group. They can see information such as Workspace ID, Name, expiration date, total size, number, names, and user roles in the workspace. They can also add any Provisioned User or BGC in the business group as an Owner to a workspace and generate exports of data for reporting based on users, workspaces and activity.

Workspace owner
A workspace owner can manage files, folders, and participants; delete workspaces they are provisioned for; and enable IRM protection and watermarking. Users who create workspaces are designated as owners of those workspaces by default. They may assign additional owners to workspaces if necessary.

Workspace editor
Users invited to VIA Pro as a workspace editor can upload files and manage only the files they have added. They can create folders, but cannot move or delete them.
