  1. Click the DealCentre AI icon DCAI product icon.png in the upper left corner of the screen to display the deals list.
  2. Select the deal you want.
  3. Navigate to the required documents grid:
    1. If you are in the Marketing area, click the Internal Documents tab.
    2. If you are in the Preparation area, click the Documents tab.
    3. If you are in the Diligence area, click the Documents tab.
  4. You can translate documents using one of these options:
    • To translate a single document, click the three dots menu in the Actions column and select Translate as New.
    • To translate a single document from the Document Properties, click the three dots menu in the Actions column, select Document Properties, and select Translate as New.
    • To translate multiple documents, select them, click the three dots menu in the blue bar, and select Translate as New.
    • To translate from the Link Document AI Insights panel, click the View Link AI Document Insights icon for the document and select Translate as New.
  5. Select your target language from the Translate to dropdown list.
  6. Under Save Translated Documents, choose where to save the output:
    • Select Push to Diligence later to save without pushing now.
    • Select Push to Diligence now to push to the Diligence folder immediately.

Note: Root level folder documents cannot be pushed to Diligence.

  7. Set buyer visibility and notification preferences if required. Permissions are inherited only when documents are uploaded to a parent folder. Buyers are not notified if the inherited permission is no access.
  8. Check the Add suffix to all document names if required.
  9. Check or uncheck the Apply Link AI translation watermark if required. By default, the deal Settings apply to watermarks. You can change the watermark in the modal.
  10. Select Translate and Save as.

A notification confirms the translation has started. Translated documents save as new PDFs in the deal. The original file is not changed.

Important!

  • The bulk translation is available to deal administrators only. It appears only when at least one selected file meets the translation prerequisites.
  • Folders are excluded from bulk translation automatically.
  • The first 5 documents are selected by default. You cannot submit more than 5 documents at one time.
  • Languages supported for Translate as New are English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Dutch, Turkish, Korean, Swedish, Greek, and Polish.
