Create a 'Send Email' button

Create a way for me to send an email to all users without having to include a document.

    Hello Raina,

    Thank you for your suggestion. 

    A couple of questions: 1. What products are you using that you would like to see this feature appear and 2. What would be purpose of being able to send emails ad hoc to groups?
