Add Folder Link to Document Alert Emails
Suggestion: Enhance the current Document Alert Email functionality by including a link to the folder that contains the newly uploaded documents, in addition to the existing direct document links.
Current behavior:

Document Alert Emails include only the direct links to individual documents.

When multiple documents are uploaded into the same folder, users must open each document link individually.

If the user wants to download the entire folder, they must manually navigate to the folder path inside the platform.
This enhancement would be especially beneficial in cases where multiple documents are uploaded to the same folder. By providing a folder link, users would be able to access the entire folder and download all documents at once, rather than opening and downloading each file individually.
Adding the folder link would greatly improve users’ workflow efficiency and enhance the overall user experience in Intralinks.
