Q&A Character Limit too high VDR Pro

A client recommended significantly reducing the current 4,000-character limit for submitted questions. They expressed concern that rejecting multi-part questions and requiring users to rewrite them creates unnecessary delays and may give the impression that we’re being uncooperative or intentionally difficult.
