Generate an access report from deleted users

  Hello Pa,

  Yes, reviewing previous users’ activity in the VDR is important. To do this, go to the deleted users list as mentioned earlier and select the users you’d like to include in the Activity report by checking the box next to their names. Once selected, their names will be highlighted (the color will vary depending on your VDR’s theme). From there, click “Access Report” in the upper-right corner of the window. Please note, you can select up to 15 users at a time for this report.

  Hello Pa,

  Yes, it is! Good question. If you are using our VDR product, you can go to the Users and Groups list, click on the Removed Users link located in the upper left-hand side pane. It will have a symbol of a trash can next to it. The main window will populate with the list of deleted users. Click the Export button in the far-right upper right-hand corner to generate the report.

  Hi, 

  Many thanks for your answer. 

  I confirm that I'm using a VDR product. 

  I see what you advise, but I would like to extract a report of the activity of the deleted user (which document he looked at, when, how many times ?) 

  Following your instructions I would only generate a report listing the deleted users.
