Folders not viewable until files are uploaded to them?
My viewers cannot see all folders they have permissions for, many are currently empty - they can only see folders that contain files - is this expected behavior?
I have permissions granted on folder levels to my viewers.

Hello Presley,
Correct, that is the expected behavior. This may seem to be a bit confusing but just remember, reviewers have access to files they are permissioned to in Intralinks VDRs. Folders are just a container for files regardless of what permissioning scheme you are using, whether it is file level or folder level permissions.
