AI feature within Q&A that marks questions as potential duplicates

Stephen B

When asking questions in Q&A, it would be great if an AI can check for any questions already asked about the topic and direct the user to those questions/answers before submitting another question on the topic. This will help save time and prevent buyers from using up their question limits on duplicates when limits are enabled.

On the sell-side, the Q&A Coordinator should also see questions marked as potential duplicates for review. This should streamline the answer process in case some duplicate questions get through, but an answer is already available.

Thank you for the thoughtful suggestion. Implementing a system that checks for duplicate questions before submission is a great idea. It could definitely improve the user experience by saving time and helping users make the most of their question limits.

On the sell-side, giving the Q&A Coordinator visibility into flagged potential duplicates would also be valuable. This would streamline the response process and reduce redundancy, especially when an existing answer already covers the topic.

We'll consider this for future enhancements. It aligns well with our goals to improve efficiency and transparency in the Q&A process.
