Document Recovery After Permanent Deletion

The client suggested that in case documents are permanently deleted from the Trash Bin after 30 days, they would like the option to retrieve them if needed.

    Intralinks policy is to purge the documents after 30 days in the trash bin if it has not been retrieved. We’ll take this feedback into account as we explore options for improved data recovery, such as introducing a grace period, archive access, or extended recovery features.
