First time user

As a first time user I find it difficult to go through the help files one by one. Could you please produce a PDF manual with all help files included & supported with a word index?

    Hello Kai,

    Thank you for your suggestion. 

    While this is being considered, you can use the online knowledge base, called Knowledge Articles under the Support Center (? icon). Each product has a 'getting started' article and video with an index on the side of the article. This also includes online videos as well. Also, you can simply use the Search text box, located in the upper left-hand corner of the Support Center, to quickly find your topic of interest without having to print out a lengthy manual.
