Archiving Users & Groups instead of Deleting

For the sake of audit trails and also keeping users & groups revivable in a transaction, it would be good to have the option of archiving groups and its users instead of deleting from them from the data room.   This function should allow managers to restore the groups should they re-join the transaction process (also require an un-archive by selected group option).  This way Managers can still track previous document permission and access data etc.   Q&A should also still be in-tact (ie Question submitters, clean team members, etc).

Archived groups and it's users should also be included in any archive order.  Compliance archive should also hold access data for archived groups.
