Hello Kitty and welcome back. This is a fairly common question.
Here are a few things to check: The user's group membership and the group's permission to files and folders.
Verify if the user in question is in at least one group and the group has permission to the document(s). You can check the group's permissions under the Permissions tab or right-click on the document, select “Permissions” and view the all the groups' permissions there.
To verify that a user is in a group, go to the Users & Groups tab, click on the “Not Assigned to a Group” filter on the left. Any user with the Reviewer role in this list will not be able to view documents. It means they are not in a group. Reviewers must be in at least one group with permission to documents in order to see documents. You can drag and drop their name from this list to the appropriate group or create a new group for them. If there are still issues or questions, please reach out to your assigned Customer Success manager for further review of your specific situation.
