Viewing VDRs in the hub Answered

When I add new people to my VDR, some claim they don't get an invitation or they can't see it on their list when they login. Why is that?

    Hello Buca and welcome to the community.

    This is a very common situation. Two things to check: The phase of the VDR and the user’s role.

    Things to remember:

    Reviewers can only log in during the Open phase.

    Previewers, Publishers and Publisher+ roles can only log in during the Open and Preparation phase.

    Anyone assigned to any of the manager roles can see and log into a VDR in any phase.
