Changing User Emails
Many of our investors have undergone domain name changes to their emails during the course of their investment with us. Most of the time, there are numerous users who have access who are undergoing at domain name change all at once. It is unclear to me why you must create a new user, re-set up the same permissions, and then delete the old permissions/user from the system. This is mind boggling, and incredibly time consuming. Please look into a more seamless way to change user emails...

I agree with Timothy... the ability to edit emails should be top priority. We have many users with over 250 permissions and it is not scalable to try and recopy those permissions for each user that may have changed. We process over 5-10 email changes a month and this is an error waiting to happen.
The user name I've been using has been hacked. If I set up a new user what happens to the previous stuff in the old account? Why can't you just let the user change just like if was a new main address or a new password?
If you need to change your username, please work with support to get this accomplished. We can work with you regain the access to various platforms your old account had access to. And, we can also suspend the old account so it is not used again. This is a level of security necessary to maintain the integrity of the login id and any data it has access to. We would need to verify who you are and confirm the appropriate changes to the login name.
