Great question! Let’s break down each product:

VDR (Virtual Data Room):  A VDR is a robust product providing a secure, online repository for storing and sharing critical documents involved in business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and post-merger integrations. Virtual Data Rooms are designed to facilitate the due diligence process by allowing authorized users to access sensitive information in a secure environment. They're equipped with features like document protection, group and user access control, and activity tracking with advanced reporting to ensure confidentiality and compliance. Intralinks VDRs also offer advanced features like AI redaction and a Question-and-Answer module to track questions. When you are ready to close the deal, you can order archives directly online and have it delivered to you in the cloud.

Via Pro: Intralinks Via Pro is a straightforward, secure file-sharing tool that is easy to use and set up. Via Pro offers information rights management (IRM), which allows you to control who can view, print, save, or edit a document, even after it's been downloaded. This level of control makes Intralinks Via Pro suitable for sharing sensitive information throughout its lifecycle.

DealCentre: Intralinks' DealCentre is specifically tailored for M&A deal management and workspace collaboration. It acts as a centralized hub where deal participants can manage and track every aspect of the transaction process—from initial contact with potential buyers or sellers through to deal closing. DealCentre integrates with Intralinks VDRs, providing seamless transition from deal preparation to due diligence and closure. Its features are focused on streamlining the deal process, enhancing communication among parties, and providing insightful analytics to assess buyer engagement and interest.

In summary, while both VDR and Via Pro provide secure environments for managing sensitive information, DealCentre, on the other hand, is integrated with our VDR solution focusing on managing the overall deal lifecycle, offering a comprehensive platform for M&A transactions. Depending on what you need, we have the product for you.

Does DealCentre also have Ai redaction and Q&A features?  Are there any features that DealCentre has that VDRpro and VIA do not?

DealCentre has a built in marketing feature for your deal where you can automate buyer outreach and engagement, send out marketing materials, track meetings, etc., through the DealCentre; it's a cradle to grave product for your deals. As VDR is part of DealCentre, the Q&A and Ai redaction come with it.
