How can I stop receiving so many Coordinator's Answer emails from an exchange?
Answer
If you're a buyer or participant involved in the Q&A process, you or your group are likely submitting questions to the Q&A coordinators.
Whenever a coordinator answers a question, you'll receive an automatic email alert notifying you of the answer.
If a coordinator answers a large number of questions within a short time frame, your email inbox will likely receive an abundance of alerts.
To manage your alerts, you can update your email preferences on your Intralinks account profile. We recommend setting the alerts for the individual exchange and choosing either None (for no exchange alerts at all) or Daily Summary (for a single daily email summarizing all alerts from that day).
