Where can I find the Confidentiality Agreement referenced in the exchange's welcome / splash page?
The Confidentiality Agreement is any agreement you may have executed with or accepted from the organization hosting the exchange. The Agreement itself is not necessarily displayed in the exchange and may have been provided to you by the host prior to granting you access.
Unless customized by the organization hosting the exchange, the welcome / splash page text is the standard Intralinks disclaimer. The text simply states that by agreeing to the disclaimer you understand that it does not supersede any Confidentiality Agreement from the host organization.
If you have additional questions regarding your exchange access or a related Confidentiality Agreement, please contact an exchange key contact manager.
