Viewing the Exchange Statistics Summary report | VDRPro

The Exchange Statistics Summary Report displays high-level statistical information in a table format about VDR members and documents. It provides insight into the size of your VDR, in terms of VDR members and content.

Note: The terms VDR and exchange are used interchangeably in Intralinks products.

For each user role, the number of currently active and inactive VDR members is included, as is the total number of current VDR members (active and inactive) and the highest number of VDR members who had access to the VDR at a single time.

For documents, the report shows the current number of total uploads, as well as the number of pages and the collection size. The High Watermark column shows the largest number of documents and pages posted at any one time, along with their size.

I want to

• View the number of active and inactive VDR members
• View the number of documents, their page counts and the size of each document

Steps

1. From within the VDR, click Insights & Reporting.
2. Click Reports.
3. Click Exchange Statistics Summary.
4. At the top of the screen, click User Roles or Documents.
5. To download and print the report, click Export. The report is downloaded as a table in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
6. In Excel, from the File menu, select Print.
7. Select your print options and click Print.
