Generating a printer-friendly list of folders and documents on the exchange

You can display and print a printer-friendly view of your exchange’s Document list, which provides a detailed view of folders and documents on the exchange.

I want to

  • Display a printer-friendly view of my exchange's Document list

Steps

  1. From within the exchange, click the Documents tab.
  2. From the More Actions menu, select Print Document List.

    A new browser tab opens displaying a list of all the folders and documents on the exchange in a format that is suitable for printing.

  3. (Optional.) Click Print.
