Require Users to View Agreement

Agreement screens are used to display a confidentiality agreement or other information that users are required to review and accept before being allowed to enter the VDR. Intralinks administrators use this setting to determine whether an agreement screen is displayed whenever a user attempts to enter the VDR.

Users with the Manager Plus, Publisher Plus and Reviewer Plus role can configure agreement screens.

  • If this setting is ON, VDR members see a welcome screen that contains a confidentially agreement or other important information. Users must acknowledge the information before entering the VDR.
  • If this setting is OFF, no agreement screen is displayed to users when they enter the VDR.

Display Custom Footer

Custom footers are used to display links and images that VDR managers want users of the VDR to have easy access to while viewing the VDR. Intralinks administrators use this setting to determine whether a custom footer is displayed in the footer area of all screens within the VDR.

Intralinks administrators and users with the Manager Plus, Publisher Plus and Reviewer Plus role can configure the text and graphics that will appear in the custom footer.

  • If this setting is turned ON, VDR members see the custom footer for the VDR.
  • If this setting is OFF, only the standard footer for Intralinks VDRPro VDRs is displayed.

Enable B&S terminology

This setting determines whether the term “buyer” or “participant” will be used throughout the VDR. This setting must be turned on by an Intralinks administrator.

  • If this setting is turned ON, the term “buyer” is replaced with “participant” throughout the VDR.
  • If this setting is turned OFF, the term “buyer” is used throughout the VDR.
