Depending on your role and how your VDR was set up, you may not be able to perform this task.
You can copy any document or folder and paste it into another location if you have the rights to add folders and documents at the new location. (That is, if you are a manager or publisher on the exchange where you want to paste the items.)
Note: Protected Microsoft Office and PDF documents can be pasted only in the exchange where they originated.
I want to
- Copy a document or folder to a new location within my exchange
- Click the Documents tab at the top of the screen.
- Select the document(s) or folder(s) you want to copy.
- Click Copy To.
- Select the location to which you want to copy the files and click Paste.
