Rearranging the order of folders and sub-folders | VDRPro

Depending on your role and how your VDR was set up, you may not be able to perform this task.

The order of folders and sub-folders can be changed by moving them to a new location. If you are using indexing, the index number is assigned based on the location to which you move the folder.

I want to

• Change the location of a folder

Steps

1. Click Documents at the top of the screen.
2. Select one of the following options:
   • Click and drag the folder up or down to its new location.
   • Select the folder you want to move and click Move To. Select the folder that you want to move the selected folder to, and click Move.
3. (Optional.) To undo the move, right click on the folder and click Undo Move.
