Viewing and modifying exchange details and settings | VDRPro

You can display details and settings for exchanges. The settings views allow you to view and modify your exchange’s settings. Users with the Manager Plus, Hidden Manager Plus and Manager roles can view and change settings. Users with the Manager Limited and Publisher Plus roles can view settings but cannot change them.

I want to

• View or change my exchange's name, description, phase, ID, host and organization names

Steps

1. Open the exchange and click Settings in the upper right corner of the screen.
2. Click Exchange Settings.
3. Use the menu on the left side of the screen to review current settings for the exchange, and make any required changes. Click Details to view the exchange’s name, description, current phase (hold, preparation or open), exchange ID, host and organization names, and, if you have completed it,  deal profile information.

   All exchange members with a Manager Plus or Publisher Plus exchange role can change some exchange settings. Additional settings can be changed only by contacting your Intralinks Client Services representative. Certain other settings are determined by the template that was used to create the exchange; these settings cannot be changed.
