Your Intralinks Customer Success Manager works with you and your business group colleagues to define the settings that will be used to create the templates that you will use to create exchanges. These templates speed up the exchange creation process, since they provide default settings that are based on your organization’s industry segment and your organization’s particular needs.
Every business group needs to define at least one template, but your business group may have several templates depending upon the needs of your organization.
