Question

Can I reopen my closed VDRPro exchange?

Answer

Intralinks can restore a closed exchange up to 60 days after closing.

The restoration request must come from an exchange manager+ or the contract signer.

To request a restoration and discuss the associated costs, please contact your Intralinks Sales Account Manager.

If you don't have your Account Manager's contact details, our Support team will be happy to help.

Click Submit a Ticket to open a request with our Support team. Please include your exchange name and ID. We'll have your Account Manager contact you as soon as possible.

Notes

  • Restoring a closed exchange automatically resumes the contract's billing cycle. Make sure that you have discussed the financial implications this can have for your contract.
  • Intralinks Support and exchange participants cannot access an exchange in the closed state.
  • After the 60-day period, all files are permanently purged from the Intralinks system.
