Question
- Can I reopen my closed VDRPro exchange?
- Is it possible to restore a deleted VDR?
- How do I recover the VDR I closed?
Note: The terms VDR and exchange are used interchangeably in Intralinks products.
Answer
Intralinks can restore a closed VDR up to 60 days after closing.
The restoration request must come from an VDR manager+ or the contract signer.
To request a restoration and discuss the associated costs, please contact your Intralinks Sales Account Manager.
If you don't have your Account Manager's contact details, our Support team will be happy to help.
Click Submit a Ticket to open a request with our Support team. Please include your VDR name and ID. We'll have your Account Manager contact you as soon as possible.
Notes
- Restoring a closed VDR automatically resumes the contract's billing cycle. Make sure that you have discussed the financial implications this can have for your contract.
- Intralinks Support and VDR participants cannot access an VDR in the closed state.
- After the 60-day period, all files are permanently purged from the Intralinks system.
