Making a member a key contact or Q&A coordinator | VDRPro

Key contacts are managers in the VDR who can address issues other members may have with the VDR. Contact information for key contacts is included on email alerts that are sent out to new members when they are invited to join the VDR, whenever new documents that affect them are added to the VDR, and other similar events.

If Intralinks VDRPro's Q&A function is being used in the VDR, members with the Manager Plus role can be assigned the Q&A Coordinator role. Depending on how the VDR is set up, members with the Reviewer Plus role also can be assigned the Q&A Coordinator role (as limited Q&A coordinators). I want to

  • Make a VDR member a key contact or Q&A coordinator

Steps

  1. Click Users and Groups.
  2. Select the name of the person whose role you want to change.
  3. Click Properties.
  4. The Properties view of the person’s information screen appears.
  5. Mark the Key Contact or Q&A Coordinator option.
  6. Click Save Changes.
