Key contacts are managers on the exchange who can address issues other members may have with the exchange. Contact information for key contacts is included on email alerts sent to new members when they are invited to join the exchange, whenever documents that affect them are added to the exchange, and other similar events.
In addition, key contacts can be located by clicking the Users & Groups tab, clicking All users, and looking for the key contact icon in the column before the members' names.
