You can check the current status of all the Intralinks systems on the Intralinks Systems and Applications Status Dashboard.

View status

1. Visit https://status.intralinks.com.
2. Refer to the status table in the middle of the page.
3. Each Intralinks system / application is listed in its own row. The overall status (e.g., Operational) for each is displayed to the right of the name.
4. For a system / application with access that might vary based on region, click the + icon to expand the geographic list.
   • A current / ongoing incident (if any) is listed at the top of the page, along with the date and description of each status update.
   • To view operational incidents from the last seven days, refer to the Past Incidents section at the bottom.
   • Refer to the Scheduled Maintenance section for the list of upcoming system maintenance.

Subscribe for system notifications

You can subscribe to receive email notifications for incidents and scheduled maintenance.

1. Click the SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES button on the upper right.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Click SUBSCRIBE VIA EMAIL.
4. Complete the image verification step (if prompted).
5. On the Components list, you can choose the products and regions you would like to receive notifications for (by default, all boxes are checked).
6. Click SAVE on the lower right to confirm your choices.
7. You will also receive a subscription confirmation email. Click the Confirm subscription button in the email to activate your subscription.

Update notification preferences / unsubscribe

You can completely unsubscribe from all system notifications or update your current preferences.

1. Click the SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES button on the upper right.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Click SUBSCRIBE VIA EMAIL.
4. Copy the code in the email you receive.
5. On the status site, enter your email address and the OTP in the fields.
   Note: You may need to click SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES again to reopen the box / fields.
6. Click VERIFY OTP AND SUBSCRIBE.
7. On the next screen:
   • Click Unsubscribe from updates (and confirm) to stop receiving all notifications.
   • Update your product / region component selections to change the notifications you receive. Click SAVE on the lower right to confirm your updates.
