The following enhancement has been made for VIA Pro:
Administration policies - Default workspace owners
A new Default Workspace Owners setting is now available in VIA Pro for business group coordinators at the Policies level. If business group coordinators enable this setting, it automatically adds selected users as owners to every new workspace created within a business group.
Business group coordinators can now configure this setting from the Policies tab under Administration. Up to 10 email addresses are supported
Default owners receive access to all newly created workspaces, including workspace activity, notifications, and alerts.
Removing a user from the default owners list stops default future additions to new workspaces but does not remove them from existing workspaces. They must be removed from workspaces separately.
This update helps business group coordinators provide consistent access to the right users for the new workspaces.
