Summary of enhancements and new functionality
November 4, 2026
The following enhancements have been made for DealCentre AI:
Advisory and Corporate Development (CorpDev) Experience
DealCentre Connect
DealCentre Connect enables deal administrators, sellers, and authorized users to access DealCentre AI content through supported third-party AI tools using the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Deal users can retrieve deal information without manually downloading and uploading documents into a different application.
The integration uses existing DealCentre AI permissions, checks access at the deal, folder and file levels for every request, and maintains audit records of AI activity.
Supported AI providers currently include Claude, Rogo, Model ML, Hebbia, and Legora.
Q&A - Clean teams
Deal administrators can now enable clean teams in Q&A by turning on the Allow for Clean Team Visibility toggle in Advanced Settings for Q&A. This setting is available under the Configuration tab for Q&A the Diligence area.
Deal administrators can designate any buyer member in the buyer group as a clean team member. Clean teams support question-level visibility controls and prevents buyer users from accessing restricted questions. Additionally, clean teams also support question visibility settings during bulk imports.
Clean teams prevent unauthorized users from accessing or discovering restricted questions through search results, notifications, attachments, comments, activity records, counts, exports, reports, and dashboards.
This update allows clean team members to submit restricted questions while maintaining access to the standard buyer Q&A process.
Q&A - Import answers in bulk
Q&A administrators can now import multiple answers into DealCentre AI using a predefined Excel template.
They can download unanswered questions from Q&A and provide responses in the Answer column of the template. Once the completed Excel file is uploaded, DealCentre AI matches answers to existing questions using Question IDs.
The uploaded file is validated and errors are shown for missing or invalid information. Q&A administrators can review the file in the Review Import step before importing the answers.
Questions with blank Answer fields are skipped. The successfully imported answers retain their associated question details and other related information.
Q&A context - Link-suggested answers
Users can now see the question context for a document linked to a Link-suggested answer in the document viewer. The Link AI Suggested Documents panel shows the associated question ID and question. They can hover over the question to view its full text.
Users can identify which Q&A question is supported by the linked document collection without leaving the document viewer.
Q&A - Follow-up questions
Buyer proposers and buyer clean team members can now ask follow-up questions directly on existing Q&A answers based on access permissions.
A follow-up option is available next to teach eligible answer. Buyer proposers and buyer clean team members can clarify responses directly without depending on buyer submitters.
This update removes the dependency on buyer submitters for asking follow-up questions and reduces delay in the due diligence process.
Q&A - Export enhancements
Subject matter expert (SME) proposed answers and final answers shared with the buyers are now separately available in the Q&A Exports.
Q&A administrators, SMEs and buyer proposers can view both SME Proposed Answer and Answer in separate Excel columns.
This update provides clear visibility into the answer review and approval process.
Upload files and folders - Long path upload warning
DealCentre AI now identifies files and folders that exceed the Windows 260-character path limit before users upload them. A warning is shown to the users in the Review & Upload step.
Users can shorten file or folder names or reduce folder nesting before trying to upload the items again. The files and folders that meet the path limit continue to be uploaded.
Push folders to Diligence at creation
Users can now push folders to Diligence during the folder creation process. They can select whether to publish the folder immediately or keep it unpublished until later.
When users publish a folder at creation, they can also configure its permissions. They can select whether subfolders inherit permissions from the parent folder or hide the folder from all non-admin groups.
This change helps users give buyers access to folders and their documents without requiring a separate publishing step.
Upload console export
Users can now export their list of uploaded documents to Excel. The Upload Console shows each file's status, but the list clears when users refresh the browser. If an upload contains failures, users may lose the details needed to identify which files require another upload.
This feature lets users save the upload results before they clear. Users can filter the exported Excel file, identify failed uploads, and re-upload the affected documents.
Advisory and Corporate Development (CorpDev) Experience
Diligence tracker - Mentioned me filter
A Mentioned Me filter is now available in the Diligence Tracker for acquisition deals. Users can apply this filter to find requests where someone has mentioned them in a Target or Internal Collaboration conversation.
The filter shows only mentions relevant to the logged-in user and respects their existing access permissions.
Messages with @mentions are also highlighted to make them easier to identify in the conversations.
When a user is mentioned in a diligence tracker discussion, they receive an email notification with the following information.
- Diligence tracker number: Identifies the associated diligence tracker
- Item name: Shows the name of the item where someone mentioned the user.
- Document count: Shows the number of documents associated with the item.
- View item: Opens the item directly on the Collaboration tab in the Target or Internal conversation where the user was mentioned.
