The following enhancements have been made for FundCentre Reporting:
GP portal - Configure watermarks
GPs can now configure watermarks for documents distributed through the portal using Watermark Settings from the GP Admin menu.
They can set the wording to match the confidentiality language. Changes to watermark position, alignment, opacity, size, font, and color can also be done.
This change ensures GPs no longer need to apply watermarks outside the FundCentre Reporting portal.
Note: Logo and image watermarks are not available yet.
GP portal - Bulk update document publish dates
GPs can now update publish dates for multiple documents from the document list in one action. Only documents with the state Published are updated. Publish dates follow the time zone selected by the GP.
They have the option to either Set publish date to Effective date or Set publish date to a specific date.
Each change is available and logged with the user, timestamp, and document count.
This change helps GPs correct publish dates for documents in bulk after a migration activity or a posting error and LPs can see their document history in the correct order.
