On October 10, 2026, we launched the next generation of VIA Pro, including enhancements to the mobile app.
The updated iOS app is not yet available on the Apple App Store. The previous version is no longer compatible with VIA Pro and will display the following error when users attempt to sign in:
"Network error - Unable to reach the Intralinks service. Please verify if you have network access and log in again."
This is not a network connectivity issue.
We expect the updated app to be available within the next few days and will update this article once released. In the meantime, you can access VIA Pro through your web browser.
