Summary of enhancements and new functionality

The following enhancements have been made for FundCentre Reporting:
GP portal - Bulk delete of documents
GPs can now delete multiple documents at once using the Bulk Delete option from the GP Admin menu and selecting Documents in the Delete Type field.
They can select documents they want to remove by fund, document type, upload date, or batch.
This update saves time during data cleanup and file migration.
GP portal - Bulk delete of users
GPs can now delete multiple users at once using the Bulk Delete option from the GP Admin menu and selecting Users in the Delete Type field.
They can select users they want to remove by fund, entity, role, status, or last login date.
This update helps GPs remove LPs that are no longer associated with the funds.
Deep linking notifications
Document notification emails now contain links that take LPs directly to the relevant document or document set after authentication.
For a single document, the link displays the document. For multiple documents, the link displays a filtered view containing the documents.
LPs are taken directly to the document or document set after authentication, bypassing the portal selection page.
Ad-hoc notifications by fund type
GPs can now send notifications only to LPs who hold specific funds. LPs receive updates that apply to their holdings and do not see messages that are not relevant to them.
Workflow enhancements
GPs can now configure workflows for each fund, at document type level or both.
- Workflow configuration at fund level - GPs can now set approvals for each fund. Each fund can have its own approver groups, routes, and conditions. This update ensures that the platform adheres to different governance standards.
- Workflow configuration at document type level - GPs can now set review steps, approver groups, and conditions for each document type. This update ensures that the approval process matches the actual risk of each document. Sensitive documents are reviewed in detail whereas routine updates happen quickly.
