Issue
- I can see the DealCentre AI deal interface (e.g., Preparation, Diligence, Checklist), but I don't see any content. The Documents list is blank, or I only see a message like Diligence happens here or Prepare for Diligence.
- I can see some content on the Documents list but not all the files I was expecting.
Cause
Your access to deal content is determined and assigned by the deal administrators. If you've been invited to a deal but don't see any content, the admins have likely not yet assigned your document access.
Solution
The deal's primary contact can answer questions about the deal and check your assigned access. To identify the primary contact:
- Click the DC logo on the upper left of the DealCentre AI screen to return to the main Deals list.
- Click the row of the deal to select it. Do not click the linked deal name.

In the information panel on the right side of the screen, locate the deal's Primary Contact details.
Note: If no primary contact is listed, you may need to identify a deal administrator through an alternate means outside of the deal (e.g., previous email correspondence).
