You can download multiple folders and files in the background while you continue working on the archive. DealVault provides a single ZIP files for the download. You can access completed downloads anytime from My Downloads.

Downloading multiple folders and files

  1. Open DealVault.

    If you are not logged into Intralinks already, go to https://services.intralinks.com/dealvault/.

    If you are logged into Intralinks, use the App Switcher icon App Switcher icon.png to open DealVault.

  2. In DealVault, display the archive you want.
  3. Click Documents.
  4. Select the folders and files that you want to download. For multiple items, select the checkbox next to each folder or file. The toolbar shows the number of items selected.
  5. Click Download. A message is displayed confirming the download progress.
  6. (Optional.) Under Download(s) in progress, review the status. The first folder or file name appears, followed by a count of additional files (for example, +4 more)
  7. (Optional.) Click View Downloads to open the My Downloads page.

    The selected folders and files are downloaded to your device.

Redownloading completed downloads

You can redownload completed files from the Actions column in My Downloads for 24 hours after the download is initiated.

  1. Open DealVault.

    If you are not logged into Intralinks already, go to https://services.intralinks.com/dealvault/.

    If you are logged into Intralinks, use the App Switcher icon App Switcher icon.png to open DealVault.

  2. In DealVault, display the archive you want.
  3. Click My Downloads.
  4. In the Downloaded Content column, find the completed download. 
  5. (Optional.) Select the row to expand it and review the downloaded folder structure.
  6. In the Actions column, click the Save to Computer icon.

    The selected folders and files are downloaded to your device.
