The following enhancements have been made for SecurityHub:
Activity Report for DealCentre AI
The scheduled Activity Report is now available for DealCentre AI. This report logs internal user activity across DealCentre AI deals. Each report is a flat file with one row per event and covers document events, folder events, and deal access. Document events include upload, view, download, redact, and delete actions. Folder events include upload, view, download, delete, and restore actions.
The report can be scheduled daily, weekly, or monthly and exported as a CSV or Excel file.
The report covers internal users only, across both internally and externally owned deals.
This enhancement gives you an audit trail of internal user activity across DealCentre AI deals without needing to check each deal individually.
Entitlements report for DealCentre AI
A new scheduled Entitlements Report is now available for DealCentre AI deals. This report logs the deals that your internal users have access to, their role on each deal, and when they last accessed the deal. The report shows entitlements at the time it is generated and does not include historical snapshots.
You can filter by domain or by specific users (up to 100).
The report can be scheduled daily, weekly, or monthly and exported as a CSV or Excel file.
This enhancement allows you to see, in one export, exactly who has access to which deals and at what level.
Electronic communications report for DealCentre AI
A new scheduled Electronic Communications Report (E-Comms Report) is now available for DealCentre AI.
The report shows electronic communications within DealCentre AI deals to support regulatory requirements including SEC 17a-3/17a--4, FINRA, and FCA.
You can filter by domain or by specific users (up to 100).
The report can be scheduled daily, weekly, or monthly and exported as a TXT, XML, or JSON file.
This change gives your compliance team a dedicated feed of DealCentre AI communications for regulatory record-keeping.
Entitlements view for DealCentre AI
A new DealCentre AI Entitlements view is now available. It is a new real-time view of all DealCentre AI deals a specific user can access. You can access it from User Management by clicking the email id of the user and selecting Applications.
You can use it to check a single user's access immediately without requiring a scheduled report.
This enhancement allows your support team to verify a user's deal access on the spot, during a support call or offboarding.
Note: The DealCentre AI Entitlements view shows only the current real-time state. To track changes over time, use the Entitlements report for DealCentre AI.
Document access event for VDRPro and VIA Pro
A new Document Access Event is now available for VDRPro and VIA Pro. This event logs when a user views or downloads a document in a VDR exchange or VIA workspace.
This enhancement gives you visibility into document access activity in VDR Pro and VIA Pro.
Reports - Exports retention enhancement
SecurityHub Pro reports will no longer be automatically deleted after 30 days.
Reports exported on or after July 16, 2026 are retained until the end of the contract. You can find them on the Exports tab under Reports. Reports exported before July 16, 2026 continue to follow the existing 30-day retention period and are available on the Past Exports tab.
This enhancement provides continued access to exported reports.
