Summary of enhancements and new functionality

The following enhancements have been made for FundCentre Reporting (formerly InvestorVision):
GP portal - Investment active start date
GPs can now configure an Active Date from the Investors tab of a fund record or the Investments tab of an investor record. This field controls LP access to fund-level documents based on the LP's participation period. When an Active Date is applied, LPs can only view fund-level documents published on or after the specified date.
This update ensures that newly subscribed LPs see documents relevant to their investment period.
GP portal - User opt out for document notifications
GPs can now manage document notification preferences for users. They can use the Receive Document Notifications toggle available in the Details tab of a user record.
When document notifications are disabled, LPs will not receive alerts for document uploads, postings, bulk uploads, or LP document requests. However, LPs will continue to receive welcome emails, password reset emails and other communication notifications.
GP portal - Capital statement validation tools
GPs can now validate and review fund-level column totals as part of the capital statement upload process prior to publishing in the Data tab of a fund record.
These totals help in verifying uploaded data and identify potential discrepancies earlier in the review process.
GP portal - External split codes support for postings
GPs can now use configured External Client Ids, including account external system ids when creating postings. They can select the relevant data source, and the posting uses the matching external client Id.
The posting nomenclature for the splitter code follows the standard Intralinks URI format:

This update provides flexibility while working with external accounting platforms, source systems, and multi account investment structures.
