Summary of enhancements and new functionality

June 23, 2026

The following enhancement has been made for DealCentre AI:

Advisory and Corporate Development (CorpDev) Experience

Preparation - Partial in diligence folder status

Deal teams can now identify folders in Preparation that contain content that has not yet been published to buyers.

When a folder is already in Diligence and new documents or subfolders are added in the Preparation, the folder now displays a Partial in Diligence status.

Deal teams can:

  • Identify folders that contain unpublished content
  • Filter folders by the Partial in Diligence status in the In Diligence column
  • Publish all remaining content in a folder in a single action
  • Remove all folder content from Diligence by selecting the folder

The Partial in Diligence status applies only to folders. Individual documents cannot have their status.

This change helps deal teams confirm which content is available to buyers and identify folders that still contain unpublished items.

Advisory and Corporate Development (CorpDev) Experience

Users and groups

Users can now view group description directly from the Users and Groups tab and find group actions in a more consistent layout.

  • Groups are also organized by deal role to make large deal structures easier to navigate
  • Group descriptions appear when a group is expanded
  • Groups are displayed in a consistent order based on deal role
  • Common actions such as access management and deletion are easier to find
  • Permissions and group behaviour are unchanged

This change helps users review and manage groups efficiently.

Documents - Extract uploaded ZIP files

Deal administrators, sellers with manage access, and third party users can extract ZIP files that have already been uploaded to a deal.

They can:

  • Extract one or more ZIP files at the same time
  • Choose whether extracted files move to Diligence immediately or later
  • Apply parent folder permissions to extracted files

The original ZIP file remains available after extraction.

Attention needed in document list export

Deal administrators can now identify document issues directly from the Document List Export.

The export column includes an Attention Needed column. Issues such as external links or detected viruses are listed in the export. Documents without issues display a blank value.

This change helps administrators find and address document issues quickly.

Filter activity log by document or folder ID

Deal administrators, sellers with manage rights, and third party users can now focus on activity for specific documents or folders in the Activity Log for activity types such as Document Access History, Document Changes History, and Permission History.

You can:

  • Search by document name, folder name, or ID
  • Select up to 50 items at a time
  • Browse and select items using Advanced Selection

This change helps users investigate activity without reviewing unrelated events.

Add redaction terms while reviewing documents

Deal administrators, sellers with manage rights, and third party users can add custom terms and do-not-redact terms directly from the redaction viewer.

They can:

  • Add terms without leaving the document
  • Configure case sensitivity and whole-word matching
  • Assign terms to existing categories or create new ones

Terms added in the viewer apply only to future redactions.

This change helps users maintain redaction rules while reviewing documents.

New documents timeframe filter

The New Documents quick filter view in the Internal Documents tab in the Marketing area and the Documents tab in the Preparation and Diligence areas now includes a New Documents Since timeframe filter. The filter lets you control which documents appear based on when they were uploaded.

You can view documents uploaded since the last login or in the last 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days, or 30 days. You can also create a custom date range using advanced filters. The selected timeframe is saved for future visits.

This change helps users find new content more quickly.

Q&A - Date submitted column

The Q&A grid in the Diligence area now includes a Date Submitted column. It shows the submission date and time for each submitted question.

This change helps Q&A administrators, subject matter experts, and other Q&A users track the question activity easily.

Q&A - Delete questions

Q&A administrators can now delete Unanswered and Answered questions from the Q&A process. The Delete Question option is available in the right panel from the question Overview tab by selecting the three-dots menu.

When a question is deleted, all associated content including answers, attachments and related metadata is also removed.

Administrators can also re-ask a question on behalf of a buyer and provide an answer at the same time.

This change helps Q&A administrators keep Q&A content relevant and organized.

Q&A - Subject matter experts (SMEs) link files from preparation

SMEs can now link files from the Preparation area when drafting proposed answers in Q&A. SMEs can use the link files icon in the Propose Answer section of the Q&A Overview panel on the right side of the screen.

The files visible to an SME are based on their group membership and permissions within the Preparation area.

This change helps SMEs provide relevant files with proposed answers.

Q&A - Customizable categories

Q&A administrators can now create custom, deal-specific categories in addition to the 17 predefined Q&A categories. Custom categories can be added using the Manage Custom Categories button in the Configuration tab for Q&A in Diligence area.

Q&A administrators can:

  • Create, rename, and manage custom categories
  • Control which categories are visible to buyers
  • Use custom categories in exports and reporting

This change helps Q&A team organize questions according to their business process.

Q&A - Link files to questions

Buyers can now attach supporting files to questions when proposing or submitting them during the Q&A process using the Link Documents option. Only files the buyer has permission to access can be linked, and this is applicable only to individual questions. Buyers asking follow-up questions to existing answers can also link files.

Q&A administrators can also link files when asking questions on behalf of buyers.

Linked files remain available throughout the Q&A process.

Download all documents

Users with bulk download permission can now download all documents from filtered views in one action. The download covers all pages, not just the current page. Your search and filters are retained.

  • Users can use the three-dot menu and select Download All option for Internal Documents in the Marketing area, and Documents in the Preparation and Diligence areas.
  • Users can use the Download All button to download all items from Quick Filter views - All Documents, Attention Needed, New Documents, and Translated. The Download All appears only when the Quick Filter view contains at least one document.
  • For filtered grids and search results, users can use the three-dot menu and select Download this View option to download all items.
  • Large downloads are split into ZIP files with up to 1000 items each. Users receive an email when the download is ready.
  • Download links remain available for 24 hours.

This change helps you download large document sets without downloading files page by page.
