Summary of enhancements and new functionality
May 12, 2026
The following enhancements have been made for DealCentre AI:
Advisory and Corporate Development (CorpDev) Experience
All Documents view
Deal team members can now access a flat list of all documents in the deal room across folders using the All Documents view.
This view is available in:
- Internal Documents in the Marketing area
- Documents in the Preparation and Diligence areas
This change makes it easier to search, filter, and perform bulk actions without navigating folder structure.
Note: You can still use the folder navigation on the left side of the screen to browse using the folder structure.
Attention needed error filter
A new Error type filter is available for the Attention Needed filter view in the Documents tab in the Preparation area. Deal administrators can now group documents by specific error types using the Error type filter.
This change allows deal administrators to prioritize and perform bulk actions for selected error categories.
Q&A - Comments between administrators and SMEs
An Internal Collaboration tab is available in the Q&A slide-out panel on the right side of the screen for each Q&A item. Q&A administrators and assigned subject matter experts (SMEs) can discuss responses before submitting to the buyer using comments. You can use @mentions to tag specific Q&A administrator or SMEs. Comments are internal and not visible to buyers.
This change supports internal collaboration between Q&A administrators and assigned SMEs.
Q&A - Grouping questions
Q&A administrators can now group questions by Category, Priority, Question Status, and Answer Status in addition to Buyer.
This change provides additional ways to review the grouped Q&A questions.
Q&A - Bulk submit proposed questions
Buyer submitters can now submit Proposed questions in bulk. They can select multiple proposed questions and submit them using the Submit Questions button. They can also bulk import questions and use auto-submit. Auto-submit creates questions directly in the Submitted status. The Q&A administrators and SMEs are notified when new questions are submitted.
This change reduces manual effort and speeds up the Q&A bulk submission process.
Q&A report in data archive
The Q&A report is now available in the data archive.
This change ensures the deal artifacts from a specific Q&A viewpoint are complete and traceable for compliance purposes in the archive.
Redaction mark on all pages
You can now apply a redaction mark across all pages in a document in the redaction viewer. You mark an item once such as page numbers, footers, and logos. You can then apply the same markup to the same position on every page using the Mark on All Pages option.
This change reduces repetitive manual work when redacting recurring page numbers, footers, and logos across multi-page documents.
Document list export enhancements
The Document List export now includes three new columns - Redacted, Redaction Status, and Attention Needed. The formatting also includes clear headers and structured indentation.
This change makes it easy to review exported document lists.
Analytics - Dashboard usage tab enhancements
The Usage tab for Dashboard in the Analytics area now shows the file Size and Pages as soon as the deal is created, instead of after the deal goes live. The page count is based on billable pages, including up-to-date conversion rates and usage such as convert to PDF, replace, and redact. Two widgets are also available: Billable Usage and Billable Usage Over Time.
This change allows you to view file and page counts without exporting reports. This helps to estimate costs track usage early in the deal workflow.
Bulk rename files and folders
You can now rename multiple files and folders in Internal Documents in the Marketing area at once by importing a completed Excel template. The template is available from the three-dot menu in the Internal Documents tab.
This enhancement reduces the time and error risk associated with manually renaming large document sets.
Translated documents export
Deal administrators can now export a list of translated documents to an Excel spreadsheet using the Export to Excel button. The button is available in the Preparation area for the Translated filter view. The button is enabled if there is at least one translated document available in the Translated documents grid. The export includes all visible columns and matches your current filters.
This enhancement allows you to you share or review translated content offline.
