Link is Intralinks' conversational AI assistant built into FundCentre Reporting.
LPs can ask questions in plain language. AskLink searches the documents and returns an answer with a source reference showing the document name and page number.
AskLink searches documents published from January 1, 2025 onwards. Adding more documents improves the answers that LPs receive.
AskLink only uses documents you currently have permission to view. Answers are limited to documents available to you at the time you ask a question.
AskLink remembers your current session. If you already asked a question, the chat opens automatically when you click AskLink.
All conversations with AskLink are private and confidential.
Note: AskLink is enabled by default. GPs can disable it if required. Additionally, Ask Link is only available for EU-portals.
Key features of Link
- Clickable page references: When you ask a question, AskLink offers a response from all documents that it found that were applicable to the question. The documents that were referenced are listed below the answer, along with the page numbers. Page numbers in answers are clickable links. You can click a page number to open the document at the exact page.
- Chat history: All chats remain available. This allows you to refer back to information that you previously accessed. Chat titles are based on your first question and can be renamed.
- Suggested questions: AskLink suggests three further questions based on your documents content.
- Copy content: You can copy content directly from the AskLink panel.
