Summary of enhancements and new functionality

April 15, 2026

The following enhancements have been made for FundCentre Fundraising:

  • GP Portal - Additional fields for reference document upload

GPs can now add Campaign and Fund as optional fields while uploading reference documents. They can assign or update these fields during publishing.

Additionally, Campaign and Fund now appear as columns in the Reference Documents grid. You can filter by them or add them using the column chooser.

This update helps GPs organize, filter, and manage reference documents.

  • GP Portal - Documents bulk ZIP file upload

GPs can now upload an entire document structure in a single ZIP file. The upload supports unlimited files with a total size limit of 1 GB per upload.

The upload folder structure is kept intact and files are mapped correctly to the Document Group and Document Type. After upload and virus scan, the files are published automatically.

The files can be viewed in Bulk Actions and Documents. GPs can roll back a batch if needed.

    This update reduces manual uploads.

  • GP and LP Portal - Excel files in document viewer

Excel (.xls) files now open within the document viewer on both GP and LP portals.

The viewer includes options under the View menu, such as zoom controls and display settings. Zoom preferences reset each time a file is reopened.

This update allows GPs and LPs to quickly view Excel files without downloading them.

  • GP Portal - Consent management: Content resets

GPs can now update consent text and links at both login and campaign levels using Reset Consent. Consent can be reset so LPs must accept it again at their next login.

All updates, resets, and re-consent actions are recorded in Activity Logs.

This update enables GPs to manage all consent settings in the GP portal.

  • GP Portal - Consent management: Reset to default content

GPs can now reset any template to its default content. This restores the original wording and links.

All reset actions are recorded in Activity Logs.

This update allows GPs to restore original template content.
