DealVault, which formerly was a component of VDRPro, now is a separate application. In addition, the DealVault subscription model has been simplified. Users now can complete the subscription process online without the involvement of an Intralinks sales representative. Archive recipients who are authorized to sign legal documents can immediately activate a DealVault subscription. Recipients who are not authorized to sign legal documents can request that the subscription be approved by an authorized member of their organization, as in the past. If approval by another person is required, the user will have seven days of complimentary access, which can be extended for another seven days, if needed. Intralinks no longer offers a 30-day trial of DealVault.
