The following enhancements have been made for DealCentre AI:

Advisory Experience

Notifications for third parties

Third party users can now receive deal notifications based on configured Notifications for deal Settings. This change ensures that third party participants are notified of relevant deal activity without manual follow-up.

Corporate Development (CorpDev) Experience

Introducing deal templates

Entity administrators and group administrators can now save deal configurations as reusable templates. Templates are managed from Settings.  Templates include folder structures, document request lists, deal marketing phases, and deal settings.

Saved templates appear when creating new deals. You can select a template to automatically apply its configuration to the new deal. This feature reduces deal set up time and maintains consistency across deals.

Note: Entity administrators can share templates with all groups or selected groups. Group administrators can create templates for their own groups only.

Link AI features

The following enhancements have been made for Link AI:

Link AI Status at Deal level - Global Link AI status indicators now appear at the top of deals near the deal name. The icon shows when Link AI features are Off or Partial Off for buyer or seller groups. Hovering the icon explains which features are turned off. This enhancement provides immediate visibility into Link AI availability and reduces confusion.

Link AI Features banner - A main navigation banner now appears in deals where Link AI is Off or Partial Off. The banner appears only in the expanded left navigation never on the deals list page. Clicking the banner takes you to the Link AI Settings page. This change lets users quickly access Link AI controls without slowing deal execution.

Role-based Link access

Buyers now have dedicated Link access in the CorpDev experience through a new Buyers section in Link AI under deal Settings.

  • Buyers can use all Link features including chat, document questions, copying answers, exports and Excel imports. Answers remain scoped to the documents buyers can access.
  • Deal team and third parties control Link AI features per user type through master switches and buyer-level controls.

This update provides clear governance for buyer Link AI access.

Deal close for acquisition deals

The Close section is available in the main navigation for acquisition deals. This update allows deals to be closed without relying on external processes.

Advisory and Corporate Development (CorpDev) Experience

Expanding deal team access to any email domain

Deal administrators can now add users from any email domain to a deal team. This update removes domain restrictions for deal team.

Q&A auto-delegation

Q&A auto delegation allows Q&A administrators to configure category-based rules that automatically assign incoming questions to subject matter experts (SMEs).

Q&A administrators can configure categories and apply delegation rules selectively. They can delegate to seller users or seller groups

This update reduces back-and-forth by allowing buyers clarify answers within the same thread.

Redaction enhancement

After users apply redaction, they are now directed to the document viewer. This enhancement allows immediate verification of redaction changes without reopening the document.

Introducing primary contact card

Deal administrators can now assign a primary contact for a deal and share that person's contact details with everyone in the deal. The contact card is available on the deals Overview page and the deals list slide-out.

Note: Only deal team members can edit the contact card.

Preserving document upload order

When users now bulk upload files and folder in DealCentre AI, the original desktop order is preserved for both folders and the documents within them.

Defect fixes for buyside deals

  • Folder permission inheritance for target members with manage access has been corrected.
  • Deal administrators now receive notifications when target users upload documents.

These fixes improve access accuracy and visibility into document activity
