Summary of enhancements and new functionality

The following enhancements were made:

These changes improve SME visibility, simplify bulk delegations and introduce a new workflow for MacOS users opening IRM protected Office files.

  • A new option allows users to retain or remove existing SME delegations when delegating multiple questions at the same time.
  • Users now can remove permissions overrides across multiple documents, folders, user groups and the full exchange.
  • Macintosh users can again view documents to which document protection was applied. The following enhancement was made to Insights & Reporting:

  • All exchange-level usage information now appears on the Usage tab of the Insights & Reporting screen, making easier for exchange managers to get a complete picture of billable usage for their exchanges. Summary of enhancements and new functionality

The following enhancements were made to Document Analyzer:

  • Document Analyzer now can detect Microsoft Sensitivity Labels. A new option has been added to the Analysis view of the Settings screen; if this option is marked, documents containing Microsoft Sensitivity Labels will appear in the Attention Needed view of the Documents screen after upload.
  • Document Analyzer now can distinguish between Intralinks IRM protection, Microsoft IRM and third-party IRM. Previously Document Analyzer could identify IRM-protected documents but could not identify which type of IRM protection had been applied. Separate options for these IRM types have been added to the Analysis view of the Settings screen, giving users control over which types of IRM protection are scanned for.
  • The Compromised option has been replaced with two separate options: Invalid Signature and Corrupted. This change makes the issues with documents and the solutions to those issues clearer.
