The following enhancements have been made for FundCentre Fundraising:
GP and LP Portal - Document download limit update
The document download limit has been increased. General Partners (GPs) and Limited Partners (LPs) can now download up to 50 documents or a total size of 1 GB in a single action. The system allows partial success downloads. If any file cannot be downloaded, an error message identifies the specific file.
This update improves the overall download experience on the GP and LP Portals.
LP Portal - Document default sorting options
New sorting options are available for LP portal document lists. Customer success managers (CSMs) can help GPs select default sorting. Sorting options include Name (Ascending), Document Type (Ascending), Highlighted (Descending), and Published Date (Descending).
LP users see the updated sorting after a screen refresh.
These settings help GPs present documents in a consistent order.
