Summary of enhancements and new functionality

The following enhancements have been made for InvestorVision:
GP portal - Bulk download
GPs can now download up to 1,000 documents at once from the GP portal. They can select documents across time periods, funds, or categories in a single action. A status page shows the download progress and provides a ZIP file once complete.
This update allows GPs to download and archive documents in fewer steps to support compliance needs.
LP View - Enhanced hedge data model
The hedge data model now includes industry-standard fields such as Opening Gross Asset Value (Gav), Closing Gav, Opening Net Asset Value (Nav) and Closing Nav. These fields allow complete reporting and support asset value breakdowns.
The LP view has a new layout and presents economic data in a clear format.
This enhancement provides a fuller dataset for hedge fund reporting workflows.
Deep linking notifications
Email notifications now contain links that take LPs directly to the referenced document after authentication.
The portal selection page is bypassed, so LPs move straight to the correct document location.
Renamed fields for PCAP and statement headers
A new PCAP Headers option is now available in the GP menu to rename the PCAP and statement header fields.
New fields for Other Income and Other Expense are available to support additional reporting needs.
If header names are changed, GPs must download the updated data template for statement uploads.
LP document request template
A dedicated template is now available for LP document request notifications. GPs can configure the layout through the Templates menu. GPs can specify the content sent to LPs in the LP Request tab.
This update ensures the notification messaging is consistent.
Korean language available for LPs
LP portal users can now view the interface in Korean. GPs can configure the related notification template in Korean.
LPs can switch languages using the portal language selector.
This update provides a Korean interface option for LPs who prefer that language.
General user experience enhancements
The following enhancements are introduced across the InvestorVision LP view:
- The LP Overview page no longer shows open-ended and close-ended headers.
- Notification templates now indicate whether they are portal-level or fund-level.
- Duplicate company names matching the portal Company Name can no longer be created.
- Fund and Bulk Import templates now include clearer instructions on valid characters.
- LPs can delete holdings data to remove exited positions from their view.
