Advisory Experience
Introducing deal templates
Entity administrators and group administrators can now save deal configurations as reusable templates. Templates are managed from Settings > Deal Templates. Templates include folder structures, document request lists, deal marketing phases, and deal settings.
Saved templates appear when creating new deals. You can select a template to automatically apply its configuration to the new deal. This feature reduces deal set up time and maintains consistency across deals.
Note: Entity administrators can share templates with all groups or selected groups. Group administrators can create templates for their own groups only.

The following enhancements have been made for DealCentre AI:
Advisory and Corporate Development (CorpDev) Experience
Q&A follow-up experience
Buyer submitters can now submit one follow-up question after a Q&A administrator responds. This feature works only while the original question remains open. Follow-up questions do not count towards the buyer question limits.
- Once answered, the follow-up and response appear in the same question thread.
- Q&A administrators can reply directly to follow-ups.
This update reduces back-and-forth by allowing buyers clarify answers within the same thread.
Unified Link AI branding
All AI features are now available for deal Settings as Link AI.
Features labels are now changed. Refer to the following table.
Feature Previous name New name AI Document Insights AI Insights Link Document Insights AI Settings AI Link AI Redaction AI Redaction Redaction Documents Request AI Document Request Review Link Document Request Review Q&A AI features in Q&A Link features in Q&A - This change appears in titles, buttons, tooltips, navigation labels, and deal Settings.

Link AI Features
The following enhancements have been made for Link AI:
Link AI Status at Deal level - Global Link AI status indicators now appear at the top of deals near the deal name. The icon shows when Link AI features are Off or Partial Off for buyer or seller groups. Hovering the icon explains which features are turned off. This enhancement provides immediate visibility into Link AI availability and reduces confusion.
Link AI Match Coverage in Document Requests Stats - An AI Request Matches stat now appears in the Document Requests stats area. The stat counts document requests with at least one successful Link AI match. It updates after each AI processing cycle and hides when AI Document Review is disabled. This addition gives users a quantitative view of Link AI coverage for early gap identification.
Link AI Features banner - A main navigation banner now appears in deals where Link AI is Off or Partial Off. The banner appears only in the expanded left navigation never on the deals list page. Clicking the banner takes you to the Link AI Settings page. This change lets users quickly access Link AI controls without slowing deal execution.
Document request counts with Link matches
Document request pages now display the request counts with matched documents identified by Link.
This update saves time by showing the requests Link has already matched.
Expanded language support for AI features
DealCentre AI now supports additional languages for Link AI features - Arabic, Dutch, Greek, Hebrew, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Japanese, Swedish, Polish, Korean, and Turkish.
- Users can analyze documents and chat using Ask Link in these languages.
- Supported Link insights include Document Highlights, Category, Keywords, and Summary translation in English.
This update allows you to work in your native language for global deals.
Note:
- New language support applies to documents uploaded after these languages were introduced.
- Scanned PDFs in Arabic, Hebrew, and Traditional Chinese pdfs are not supported.
- PII identification is supported for only Greek and Swedish. Use manual redaction for PII in Arabic, Dutch, Hebrew, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Japanese, Polish, Korean, and Turkish.
Bulk redaction enhancements
The following enhancements have been made for bulk redaction:
Bulk redaction job cancellation - Users can now cancel active bulk redaction jobs. Documents with Pending Redaction or Redacting status return to their previous status.
This change allows users manage redaction without waiting for redaction to complete.
Redaction removal error messaging - Notifications now appear for successful and failed redaction removals. Users can export the list to Excel and contact support.
This enhancement informs about redaction removal issues and provides clear guidance for resolution.
Archive enhancements
The following enhancements have been made for Archive:
- Archive download link error messaging - Archive download links now show specific error messages when failures occur. Error states include expired links, unauthorized access, remove recipients, and technical issues. Each error displays a descriptive message and next steps. This update directs users to the correct resolution path without creating support tickets.
- Archive confirmation UI enhancements - Archive confirmation letters now adapt formatting to accommodate any deal and viewpoint name length. The updated layout prevents overlapping text and blank spaces. Deal name, Deal ID, and Viewpoint information display clearly regardless of length. This change improves archive confirmation readability.
Advisory Experience
Role-based Link access

- Buyers can use all Link features including chat, document questions, copying answers, exports and Excel imports. Answers remain scoped to the documents buyers can access.
- Deal team and seller administrators control Link AI features per user type through master switches and buyer-level controls.
This update provides clear governance for buyer Link AI access.
Corporate Development (CorpDev) Experience

Entity administrators can now create Acquisition deals in the Corporate Development / Private Equity experience. The deal type cannot be changed after creation. Acquisition deals have a single Diligence document area.

The following enhancements have been made for DealCentre AI:
Advisory and Corporate Development (CorpDev) Experience
Auto-inherit document access for groups with Manage rights
Groups with Manage rights automatically receive the same level of access when new documents are added to a folder.
- Seller groups and deal team groups automatically inherit Manage rights for new documents and subfolders.
- Groups with View, Download, or No Access rights do not inherit permissions. New documents remain hidden for these groups.
This update prevents missed access and reduces the need for manual permission updates.
Marketing and Preparation areas - Upload documents using drag and drop
- The Upload button no longer needs to be clicked in Marketing > Internal Documents tab and Preparation > Documents before adding files.
- You can now directly upload files using drag and drop.
This update allows users to quickly add documents during the deal process.
IRM renamed to Document Protection
The IRM label is now Document Protection across DealCentre AI.
This change improves clarity for users as the feature label matches the feature function.
Ask link enhancements
The following enhancements were introduced for Ask Link:
- Ask Link answers now display reference page numbers as clickable links that open documents to the correct page. This change allows you to directly access specific pages in the documents.
- A Working indicator appears in the chat while Ask Link generates an answer when you hover over ... icon in the chat box. You can type a new question but cannot submit it until the current answer response is generated. Similarly, you also see Generating suggested questions indicator when Link is generating follow-up question suggestions.
- A Scroll to bottom button is available in Ask Link for quick navigation to the latest message.
Document viewer enhancements
Document IDs now appear in the header before the document name and the Documents panel in the document viewer. Protected document icons and preview tags appear after the document name.
This change is also available for the viewer in Document Requests under Preparation in DealCentre AI.
Document requests enhancements
Document Requests now shows a Not Started icon in the Status column when no files are uploaded, or AI review process is yet to start. The status appears in the AI Review column and under AI Review section in the Details panel. The filter according to Status is also available in the Filters for the column.
This change helps to identify and act on unprocessed document requests.
Maven support chat bot integration
Maven chat bot is now available in DealCentre AI to answer user questions.
- Maven answers questions using the DealCentre AI knowledge base and escalates to Zendesk when needed
- When a live agent joins, they see the full conversation history and metadata.
This feature enables users to access support from the main navigation without leaving their workflow.
Page Count data in UI
Page count information now appears directly in the DealCentre AI interface.
- Users can view file and page counts by repository area without exporting a report.
- The breakdown shows totals for Diligence, Preparation, Removed from Diligence, and Internal areas.
This update provides billing transparency and helps deal team manage costs.
Advisory Experience
Users And Groups - Dynamic roles for seller administrator groups
The group Type - Seller (seller administrators) in Users And Groups now uses an Advanced Privileges module.
- The Seller Admin slide-out panel displays advanced privilege options using three toggles:
- Manage Access - includes document management and Diligence area access.
- Analytics - includes full access to analytics and reporting tools.
- Close and Archive - includes deal closure and archive ordering.
- Deal team can assign these privileges based on the seller administrator responsibilities.
Note: Seller administrators can no longer access documents in Diligence by default. It is an advanced privilege.
This update provides deal team with more control over seller administrator permissions.
